 Responsibility
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1. Provide end to end Support for all ICT Services Delivery both remote &amp; onsite.
 </li>
 <li>
 2. Build and execute a comprehensive project management plan covering the entire project lifecy-cle of ICT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, and addressing key aspects such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, Supplier Management, effective communication, and risk management.
 </li>
 <li>
 3. Support the Sales &amp; Pre-Sales team as needed for designing the solutions as per customer re-quirement &amp; commercial proposals, RFP submissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 4. Manage, maintain &amp; nurture ICT supplier relations in the region &amp; evaluate any new supplier as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 5. Coordinate internally with various functions like Support, Product, Legal, Finance etc for execu-tion of customer requirements &amp; smooth delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 6. Provide support to customer for any troubleshooting &amp; service lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 7. Understand &amp; align to customer SLA &amp; other contract Terms &amp; Conditions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineer-ing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years of experience in ICT domain in Presales, Solutioning &amp; Project Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Specific experience &amp; skills required:
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hands on experience in Equipment installation, configuration, troubleshooting for deliv-ery of ICT products of various OEMs like Huawei, Cisco, ZTE, HP, Dell, Fortinet etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of service components for ICT infrastructure build for small &amp; large scale projects covering office network setup, servers, security devices, unified col-laboration services/products, AV Systems, WIFI &amp; Network cabling etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent supplier management skills &amp; problem solving attitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Added advantage if have knowledge IOT/5G related services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, Cloud, ICT and IDC are preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred Huawei ICT certified.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 4.Language Proficiency: Good command of both written and spoken English. Mandarin/Chinese literacy is an advantage.
