Employment Type: Full TimeThe applicant should be currently in UAE.Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Proficient in 2D drafting software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D</li><li>Proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs, including experience with software such as PlanSwift.</li><li>Proficient in 3D modeling and visualization tools, such as Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry</li><li>Strong attention to detail, technical drafting skills, and ability to follow approved designs accurately.</li><li>Ability to coordinate with engineers and site teams.</li><li>Good communication skills; proficiency in English required.</li><li>Candidate must be between 30-40 years of age</li><li>Experience working in a marble factory, particularly in the preparation of cutting lists, is preferred</li></ul>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and other relevant software.</li><li>Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using SketchUp and Lumion to support design coordination and client approvals.</li><li>Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects, ensuring accurate measurement of materials and works.</li><li>Preparation of cutting lists and verify dimensions and specifications of slabs or tiles.</li><li>Review and update drawings in accordance with authority comments, site conditions, and construction requirements.</li><li>Assist in obtaining design approvals and permits from relevant authorities.</li><li>Provide technical support to site teams and respond to RFIs, design clarifications, and revisions as required.</li><li>Monitor construction progress to ensure architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.</li><li>Support project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
