Must know how to count cash.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience</li><li>Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns</li><li>Manage stock levels by merchandising products, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to attract customer attention</li><li>Briefly explain the menu and give samples</li><li>Upsell related products or promotions to enhance sales and meet store goals</li><li>Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries</li><li>Support your team members through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and customer engagement</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing</li><li>Previous supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities in the store environment</li><li>Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about merchandise features</li><li>Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and team members</li><li>Experience in grocery stores or retail environments is preferred for familiarity with store operations</li><li>Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and retail sales strategies</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to resolve issues promptly and courteously</li><li>Must like serving food or being around food and music</li></ul>This role is ideal for motivated, energetic and friendly individuals eager to grow their fast food career while delivering outstanding service.
