 will handle the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations. You will play a key role in aligning HR practices with the company&rsquo;s strategic goals while supporting employees and management.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities / What You Will Do
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company&rsquo;s vision and goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, GOSI, Mudad, and other statutory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Approve transportation modes and carriers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Authorize changes to logistics processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage HR department operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Approve employee leave requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement HR policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the HR budget effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Approve HR-related expenses within authorized limits.
 </li>

 Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a manufacturing company would be considered a big plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with portals (such as Mudad, GOSI, Qiwa, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and confidentiality skills.
 </li>
