Job Summary

Provide on-site technical support and after-sales service for electrical equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning. Train customers on proper installation and maintenance, manage project documentation, collect customer feedback, and support project coordination. Requires a degree in electrical-related fields, strong communication in English or Arabic, and frequent travel within Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do

• On-site Technical Support & Maintenance: Responsible for after-sales service of electrical equipment, such as load break switch, transformer at project sites in Saudi Arabia, including troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and product commissioning to ensure stable operation.
• Customer Guidance & Training: Provide technical guidance to client installation teams on the proper installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of electrical equipment according to company standards.
• Project Documentation: Manage, organize, and archive technical documents, drawings, and information for customer projects; establish and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Customer Feedback & Quality Improvement: Collect and report customer feedback and suggestions to facilitate improvements in product quality and installation processes.
• Project Site Coordination: Support on-site implementation for power distribution product line projects in Saudi Arabia, coordinating resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Process Optimization & Other Tasks: Propose suggestions for improving on-site implementation processes and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below

• Degree in Electrical Automation, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, capable of direct technical discussions with Saudi clients via phone and on-site so Arabic language is a big plus.
• Solid understanding of basic power electronics principles and strong technical learning ability.
• No prior work experience required. Candidates must be willing to undergo hands-on training in factory production and inspection roles upon hiring.
• Strong learning agility, practical mindset, hardworking, and willing to take on challenges.
• Ability to adapt to long-term, frequent travel (Mainly in within Saudi Arabia, rarely neighboring countries).
• Valid driver's license preferred.
