Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a role in providing exceptional patient service and billing within our chiropractic practice. This position requires a mild understanding of anatomy, as well as the ability to submit billing to insurance companies. If you are passionate about helping others and have a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist patients upon arrival, conversate and provide a welcoming environment.</li><li>Verify insurance co-pays and deductibles.</li><li>Assist the chiropractor during patient assessments and treatment sessions if needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records, including billing through Chirofusion EHR.</li><li>Assist in delivering patient's treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies.</li><li>Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups effectively.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong patient service skills with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.</li><li>Knowledge of anatomy to assist in patient assessments effectively. (or willingness to learn)</li><li>Ability to learn medical terminology that is essential for billing and record-keeping.</li><li>Ability to perform intake procedures efficiently when needed.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff.</li><li>Previous experience in a healthcare billing is preferred but not mandatory.
