This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team.***NEEDS TO SPEAK SPANISH***Hours:Monday: 8:30-12, 2-6Tuesday: 8:30-12, 3-6Wednesdays: 10-2Thursdays: 8:30-12, 2-6Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff or medical/dental offices</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with precision to maintain organized records</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible</li><li>Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications is a bonus</li><li>Familiarity with phone systems and office management procedures</li><li>Bilingual (SPANISH/ENGLISH)abilities are needed</li><li>Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately</li><li>Previous experience as a medical/Chiropractic receptionist is a plus but not required</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly</li></ul>Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm meets professionalism!
