About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive who can take charge of our digital presence, craft engaging content, grow our audience, and maintain a strong brand voice across all platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands design, loves storytelling, and knows how to turn content into conversions.Key Responsibilities Content Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish high-quality social media content (Reels, carousels, posts, stories).</li><li>Work closely with the founder design team to create visually appealing creatives aligned with brand guidelines.</li><li>Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent tone of voice.</li></ul>Strategy &amp; Growth<ul><li>Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.</li><li>Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to create high-performing content.</li><li>Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.</li></ul>Community Building<ul><li>Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and community posts.</li><li>Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners for brand awareness.</li><li>Manage online reputation and ensure timely responses.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Track performance metrics across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.</li><li>Run and optimize paid campaigns (basic knowledge preferred).</li></ul>Brand &amp; Campaign Management<ul><li>Align content with marketing campaigns, launches, and announcements.</li><li>Help build a strong digital brand presence for Chirro and client brands.</li><li>Manage posting schedules using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube</li><li>Knowledge of trends, reels formats, hashtags, and engagement strategies</li><li>Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile tools)</li><li>Creative storytelling and copywriting skills</li><li>Good understanding of design aesthetics (preferred)</li><li>Ability to analyze insights and make data-driven decisions</li><li>Excellent communication and time-management abilities</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience with Figma / Canva</li><li>Knowledge of Shopify, Wix Studio, or SaaS brands</li><li>Experience running ads (Meta / Google)</li><li>Understanding of CRO-based content strategies</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with international clients across SaaS, e-commerce, and tech</li><li>Fast-paced growth and creative freedom</li><li>A supportive team and learning environment</li><li>Flexible work culture</li><li>Incentives for high-performing campaigns</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
