About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive who can take charge of our digital presence, craft engaging content, grow our audience, and maintain a strong brand voice across all platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands design, loves storytelling, and knows how to turn content into conversions.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality social media content (Reels, carousels, posts, stories).
- Work closely with the founder design team to create visually appealing creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
Strategy & Growth
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to create high-performing content.
- Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
Community Building
- Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and community posts.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners for brand awareness.
- Manage online reputation and ensure timely responses.
Performance & Analytics
- Track performance metrics across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (basic knowledge preferred).
Brand & Campaign Management
- Align content with marketing campaigns, launches, and announcements.
- Help build a strong digital brand presence for Chirro and client brands.
- Manage posting schedules using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Knowledge of trends, reels formats, hashtags, and engagement strategies
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile tools)
- Creative storytelling and copywriting skills
- Good understanding of design aesthetics (preferred)
- Ability to analyze insights and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Figma / Canva
- Knowledge of Shopify, Wix Studio, or SaaS brands
- Experience running ads (Meta / Google)
- Understanding of CRO-based content strategies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
