Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.</li><li>Record all daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.</li><li>Prepare and issue professional fee invoices in compliance with the firm&rsquo;s billing policies.</li><li>Track receivables and follow up with clients for outstanding dues.</li><li>Ensure timely payment and filing of TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory dues.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and tax filings.</li><li>Process monthly salaries, reimbursements, and staff advances.</li><li>Manage petty cash and reimburse firm-related expenses.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.</li><li>Manage vendor payments, office overheads, and supplier reconciliations.</li><li>Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and fund transfers.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Accounting and Income Tax.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with lawyers, clients, and vendors.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 3&ndash;5 years in accounting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
