The Human Resources &amp; Recruiting Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the HR and Recruiting team. This position will assist with candidate management, recruitment coordination, HR data maintenance, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR and talent acquisition processes.***REMOTE POSITION***Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruiting Support</li><li>Review and filter incoming resumes based on job requirements.</li><li>Conduct preliminary reference checks as directed.</li><li>Assist with onboarding task and obtaining new hire documents.</li><li>Maintain candidate tracking systems and ensure records are updated.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for interviews (virtual and onsite) as needed.</li></ul>HR Administrative Support <ul><li>Assist with data entry into HR systems (employee records, performance logs, compliance tracking).</li><li>File and maintain employee documents (digital and paper).</li><li>Support scheduling of HR-related meetings, interviews, and training sessions.</li><li>Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing new hire packets and documentation.</li><li>Track and update HR spreadsheets, reports, and compliance-related documents.</li><li>Provide general organizational support (document formatting, scanning, and organizing files).</li></ul>Other Duties as Assigned<ul><li>Assist with drafting HR-related correspondence.</li><li>Provide administrative support during audits, reviews, and compliance checks.</li><li>Support HR team projects and initiatives to improve efficiency</li></ul>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>Previous administrative or office experience required; HR or recruiting support experience preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with HR/recruiting software.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.</li></ul>We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for qualified candidates.If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion and looking for a flexible opportunity, please submit your resume along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyShift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
