The Facilities Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our offices, outdoor spaces and multiple residential houses. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and supportive environment for both staff and clients.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)</li><li>Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities</li><li>Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects</li><li>Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs</li><li>Make adjustments and minor repairs</li><li>Stock and maintain supply rooms</li><li>Cooperate with the rest of the staff</li><li>Follow all health and safety regulations</li><li>Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces.</li><li>Cleaning and disinfecting lavatories, toilets, and restocking supplies like toilet paper and soap.</li><li>Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste and recyclables.</li><li>Keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting shortages.</li><li>Ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working order and reporting any malfunctions.</li><li>Addressing inquiries from visitors and ensuring a positive experience.</li><li>Work professionally with staff, contractors, and residents across multiple properties.</li><li>Follow all company policies and procedures related to maintenance, repairs, and property management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, buffing, and general facilities maintenance.</li><li>Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery.</li><li>Basic understanding of safety procedures related to commercial cleaning environments.
