You'll be paid 15% of each client's monthly fee that you manage.</li><li>Grow your income. You'll start with 5-10 clients and there's room to grow.</li><li>No time tracking. We don&rsquo;t track time nor do we bill by the hour. Ever.</li></ul>What you can expect from the hiring process:<ul><li>Provide a copy of your resume</li><li>Connect with Chris Hervochon on LinkedIn. Please note, candidates that skip this step will not be considered.</li><li>If your background and experience appear to be a fit, we will invite you to complete two skills assessments. The assessments will take about 30 minutes to complete and you will be compensated $25 if you complete them.</li><li>Interview with the owner of the firm. Learn about the firm and make sure we&rsquo;re a good fit! We&rsquo;ll ask questions about you, your work experience, your bona fides, and may even throw in some technical questions.
