Seeking an experienced floral designer to join our team. We are a local flower shop that specializes in high-volume everyday floral design as well as special events. Must meet the following criteria:<ul><li>Must be able to design all aspect of floral design...You will be designing everything from sympathy pieces, daily arrangements to wedding bouquets</li><li>Attention to detail is a must</li><li>Ability to identify flower, foliage &amp; plant varieties, general knowledge on the upkeep &amp; quality, &amp; ability to determine like-for-like substitutions</li><li>Willing to adjust design style to align with company standards &amp; company pricing</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules to meet business needs...Our work does not always start and end with listed business hours</li><li>A team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Able to create arrangements in an efficient timed criteria</li><li>Must be punctual, efficient, proficient and a fast learner</li><li>Can create custom designs and replicate pre-determined designs</li><li>Able to work weekends and holidays in a fast paced and demanding environment</li></ul>We are open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, and Saturdays 8am-1pm. We alternate weekend scheduling, please be available to work at least 2 weekends per month.
