Floral Designer

Seeking an experienced floral designer to join our team. We are a local flower shop that specializes in high-volume everyday floral design as well as special events. Must meet the following criteria:

• Must be able to design all aspect of floral design...You will be designing everything from sympathy pieces, daily arrangements to wedding bouquets
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to identify flower, foliage & plant varieties, general knowledge on the upkeep & quality, & ability to determine like-for-like substitutions
• Willing to adjust design style to align with company standards & company pricing
• Ability to work flexible schedules to meet business needs...Our work does not always start and end with listed business hours
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to create arrangements in an efficient timed criteria
• Must be punctual, efficient, proficient and a fast learner
• Can create custom designs and replicate pre-determined designs
• Able to work weekends and holidays in a fast paced and demanding environment

We are open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, and Saturdays 8am-1pm. We alternate weekend scheduling, please be available to work at least 2 weekends per month.
