<div>Scope:
This position provides account management and new business acquisition within a specified geographical territory. The Territory Manager (TM) reports to the PNW Branded Dealer Sales Manager for the Retail Fuels division of the Christensen Company. The TM is responsible for the overall growth of their territory. The accounts are branded and unbranded convenience stores and truck stops. The TMs ultimate responsibility is to grow the volume and gross profit of the territory.
Significant Activities &amp; Deliverables:
Business Retention
<ul><li>Manage customer relationships to drive customer Net Promoter Score</li></ul><ul><li>
Provide annual territory plan with at risk accounts and investments</li><li>
Collaborate with credit department to manage territorys accounts receivable</li><li>
Develop and execute business plans to achieve stated objectives</li><li>
Develop and commit to monthly, quarterly and annual initiatives</li><li>
Ensure customers execute oil company promotions and loyalty programs</li></ul>
Growth
<ul><li>Develop and commit to monthly, quarterly and annual growth plan and initiatives</li><li>
Counsel existing customers to help them grow their business</li><li>
Provide weekly feedback and direction on customer margins</li><li>
Ensure existing customers are purchasing all available product lines from R.E. Powell</li></ul><ul><li>
Collaborate with GM Fleet Card to drive fleet volume to customer locations</li><li>
Prospect fuel accounts throughout territory to develop dynamic pipeline</li><li>
Drive prospects quickly through the prospect to close sales cycle</li><li>
Collaborate with VP Asset Management to manage new brand conversion process</li></ul>
Mystery Shops
<ul><li>Develop and commit to monthly, quarterly and annual mystery shop plan and initiatives</li><li>
Counsel and train existing customers to help them accomplish mystery shop targets</li><li>
Collaborate with VP Asset Management to manage image process</li></ul>
Leadership &amp; Team Reach:

Qualifications:

Territory Manager

<div>SCOPE:
Christensen, Inc. is a privately held, mid-market fuel, propane, and lubricants distributor operating across the western United States. As the organization continues to modernize and scale its systems landscape, there is a need for a Systems Analyst Admin &amp; ERP to provide hands on, ticket driven operational ownership of core enterprise platforms.
This role sits within the Finance &amp; Accounting Applications &amp; Systems Team (FAAST), a centralized team supporting 15+ financial and business systems and the integrations between them. The Systems Analyst Admin &amp; ERP is responsible for day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of enterprise ERP platforms, while also supporting a broader portfolio of integrated systems through ticket-based intake and troubleshooting.
The role operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and requires strong prioritization, independent judgment, and close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES &amp; DELIVERABLES
User Support &amp; Ticket Management<ul><li>
Own and manage a high volume ticket queue across ERP, ServiceNow, and integrated systems.</li><li>
Serve as a primary point of contact for ServiceNow and ER related help tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear, professional communication.</li><li>
Triage, manage, and resolve help tickets across multiple financial and business systems supported by FAAST, escalating or partnering with other teams as appropriate.</li><li>
Balance ticket workload across systems while meeting service expectations and minimizing business disruption.</li></ul>
Administration &amp; Enablement<ul><li>
Act as the primary analyst responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and support.</li><li>
Configure, test, and support functionality including forms, workflows, roles, permissions, and data structures.</li><li>
Support enhancement requests, backlog items, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve user experience through capabilities.</li></ul>
ERP System Support<ul><li>
Provide hands-on ERP support including transactional troubleshooting, data validation, and user access management.</li><li>
Partner with finance, accounting, and operations teams to resolve ERP issues impacting critical business processes.</li><li>
Support ERP transition and modernize activities as platforms evolve.</li></ul>
Integrations, APIs, Coding &amp; Data Mapping<ul><li>
Support and troubleshoot system integrations, including API based data exchanges between ERP and other financial systems.</li><li>
Assist with data mapping, validation, and transformation logic to ensure accurate data flow.</li><li>
Execute advanced SQL queries to support troubleshooting, validation, and reporting.</li><li>
Maintain integration and system documentation.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>
Work directly with business users to understand system issues, document requirements, and deliver sustainable solutions.</li><li>
Maintain data accuracy across supported systems and proactively resolve discrepancies.</li><li>
Create and maintain system documentation and job aids to support scalability and audit readiness.</li><li>
Assume other responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>

SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience<ul><li>
BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>
Experience working in a ticket-driven, multi-system support environment.</li><li>
Experience supporting integrations, APIs, and data mapping.</li><li>
Working knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and validation.</li><li>
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, data validation, basic mapping and communication skills.</li></ul>
Preferred Experience<ul><li>
ERP implementation or system transition experience.</li><li>
Familiarity with Excel, ServiceNow reporting, or automation platforms.</li></ul>
