As we expand our electrical division, we&rsquo;re building a team centered on quality, accountability, and scalable growth.The RoleWe&rsquo;re seeking a Commercial Electrical Estimator to support and expand our electrical construction, TI, and controls business. This role plays a key part in securing and executing work across ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and system upgrades.This position is open to junior through senior estimators, with responsibilities and advancement opportunities aligned to experience. You&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to influence estimating standards, tools, and processes as the department grows.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Review and evaluate bid opportunities for commercial electrical construction and TI projects</li><li>Perform detailed quantity take-offs from electrical drawings and specifications</li><li>Develop accurate cost estimates for power distribution, lighting, controls, EV infrastructure, and related systems</li><li>Build pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted scopes</li><li>Define project scope, assumptions, exclusions, and risk factors</li><li>Prepare clear estimate summaries, proposals, and narratives</li><li>Collaborate with sales, project management, and leadership on bid strategy and value engineering</li><li>Participate in post-bid reviews, turnover meetings, and project handoffs</li><li>Contribute to improving estimating tools, databases, and standard practices</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience estimating commercial electrical construction and/or tenant improvement (TI) projects</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project sequencing</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical plans</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and digital take-off software (e.g., STACK, Accubid, Bluebeam)</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and defend estimates</li><li>Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively</li></ul>Why Join Our Team<ul><li>Be a key contributor to a growing electrical and controls division</li><li>Work on a diverse mix of ground-up and TI projects</li><li>Direct access to leadership with real input on how projects are pursued and executed</li><li>Stable, long-term opportunity with clear paths for advancement</li><li>Team-oriented culture focused on doing high-quality work the right way</li></ul>Pay: $64,165.99 - $77,275.17 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
