As we expand our electrical division, we’re building a team centered on quality, accountability, and scalable growth.The RoleWe’re seeking a Commercial Electrical Estimator to support and expand our electrical construction, TI, and controls business. This role plays a key part in securing and executing work across ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and system upgrades.This position is open to junior through senior estimators, with responsibilities and advancement opportunities aligned to experience. You’ll have the opportunity to influence estimating standards, tools, and processes as the department grows.What You’ll Do

• Review and evaluate bid opportunities for commercial electrical construction and TI projects
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from electrical drawings and specifications
• Develop accurate cost estimates for power distribution, lighting, controls, EV infrastructure, and related systems
• Build pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted scopes
• Define project scope, assumptions, exclusions, and risk factors
• Prepare clear estimate summaries, proposals, and narratives
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and leadership on bid strategy and value engineering
• Participate in post-bid reviews, turnover meetings, and project handoffs
• Contribute to improving estimating tools, databases, and standard practices

What We’re Looking For

• Experience estimating commercial electrical construction and/or tenant improvement (TI) projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical plans
• Proficiency in Excel and digital take-off software (e.g., STACK, Accubid, Bluebeam)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and defend estimates
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay: $64,165.99 - $77,275.17 per year
