Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Full Time Landscaper to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, functional, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize diverse tools and machinery, and contribute to the enhancement of our clients&rsquo; properties. A passion for gardening, landscape maintenance, and construction is essential to thrive in this energetic environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure healthy and attractive turf areas</li><li>Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery like excavators for planting, grading, or landscape installation projects</li><li>Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety</li><li>Install irrigation systems and perform regular maintenance to ensure efficient water distribution</li><li>Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe</li><li>Support landscape construction projects by preparing sites, laying hardscape materials, and installing garden features</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience</li><li>Must be able to haul equipment and trailer</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various conditions</li></ul>What We Provide:<ul><li>All equipment and trailer supplies</li><li>Steady, full-time work even after mowing season is over</li><li>Competitive pay (based on experience)</li></ul>If you take pride in your work and enjoy being outdoors, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Send us a message or call/text us at 304-589-5789 to apply.Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
