Full Time Landscaper

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Full Time Landscaper to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, functional, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure healthy and attractive turf areas
• Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery like excavators for planting, grading, or landscape installation projects
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety
• Install irrigation systems and perform regular maintenance to ensure efficient water distribution
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe
• Support landscape construction projects by preparing sites, laying hardscape materials, and installing garden features

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience
• Must be able to haul equipment and trailer
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
