This role is responsible for overseeing campaign execution, improving operational efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of media initiatives aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end media operations, including planning, execution, and performance tracking</li><li>Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery</li><li>Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors</li><li>Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across media projects</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and platform guidelines</li><li>Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field</li><li>8+ years of experience in media operations, digital marketing, or related roles</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale campaigns</li><li>Strong knowledge of media platforms, ad operations, and analytics tools</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD3,200.000 per monthWork Location: In person
