Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Media Operations Director to lead and optimize our media operations across digital and traditional channels. This role is responsible for overseeing campaign execution, improving operational efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of media initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end media operations, including planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across media projects
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and platform guidelines
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in media operations, digital marketing, or related roles
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale campaigns
- Strong knowledge of media platforms, ad operations, and analytics tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
