Engineering Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Director to lead our engineering teams, drive technical strategy, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects and products. This role is responsible for overseeing engineering operations, aligning technical initiatives with business goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple projects or functions
• Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with company objectives
• Oversee project planning, development, and delivery to ensure quality and timelines
• Establish and improve engineering processes, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and leadership
• Manage budgets, resources, and technical infrastructure
• Drive innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders and team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical background in system design, development, or engineering operations
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex projects
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD4,200.000 per month
