Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Technology Director to lead our technology strategy and oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to ensure Blankbed Technologies remains at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor engineering and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive digital transformation projects.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of technology systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing software development and IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
