Technology Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Technology Director to lead our technology initiatives, oversee IT operations, and drive innovation across the organization. This role is responsible for aligning technology strategy with business goals, managing technical teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s technology strategy and roadmap
• Oversee IT operations, systems, infrastructure, and software development
• Lead and manage technical teams, including engineers and IT professionals
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of technology platforms
• Collaborate with business leaders to support digital transformation initiatives
• Manage technology budgets, vendors, and resource allocation
• Implement best practices for system architecture, development, and operations
• Monitor emerging technologies and drive innovation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technology or IT leadership roles
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and software development
• Proven experience managing teams and large-scale technology projects
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD4,000.000 per month
