This role is responsible for aligning technology strategy with business goals, managing technical teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and secure solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute the organization&rsquo;s technology strategy and roadmap</li><li>Oversee IT operations, systems, infrastructure, and software development</li><li>Lead and manage technical teams, including engineers and IT professionals</li><li>Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of technology platforms</li><li>Collaborate with business leaders to support digital transformation initiatives</li><li>Manage technology budgets, vendors, and resource allocation</li><li>Implement best practices for system architecture, development, and operations</li><li>Monitor emerging technologies and drive innovation initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>10+ years of experience in technology or IT leadership roles</li><li>Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and software development</li><li>Proven experience managing teams and large-scale technology projects</li><li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD4,000.000 per monthWork Location: In person
