Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director to lead our production operations, oversee manufacturing processes, and drive efficiency across all facilities. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s manufacturing strategy and operational roadmap.
• Oversee production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams to support product innovation.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor production teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale production operations.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD3,400.000 per month
