Role Overview

We are looking for a Nutrition Products Director to lead and manage our product portfolio. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in nutrition, product development, and market strategy. You will be responsible for shaping Thermoflow Nutra’s product vision, ensuring compliance with health standards, and driving growth in the wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for nutrition product development and distribution.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to market launch.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative products.
• Monitor KPIs, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor product teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Represent Thermoflow Nutra in industry forums and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in nutrition product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of dietary supplements, wellness products, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches and market growth.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, health-focused environment.

Pay: Up to KD2,900.000 per month
