We are looking for a Product Development Officer who can help bring these ideas to life by supporting the operational side of product creation.

In this role, you’ll coordinate purchases, track shipments, support product research, and maintain the documentation that keeps product development running smoothly. Working closely with internal teams and vendors, you’ll play an important role in ensuring products more efficiently from concept to shelf.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in gathering market insights, competitor research, and customer feedback to support new product ideas.
• Compile and summarize industry trends that can inspire future product concepts.
• Coordinate meetings and communication between internal teams regarding celebrity-driven product concepts.
• Document celebrity product requirements and ensure they are accurately communicated to the relevant teams.
• Create and process purchase orders based on approved product requests.
• Track shipments, stock levels, and product availability in collaboration with logistics and stock control teams.
• Liaise with product development and vendor management teams to gather key information for product briefs and development timelines.
• Support the review of supplier documentation to ensure basic quality and pricing requirements are met.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and manufacturers by tracking updates, documents, and queries.
• Assist in coordinating production schedules and follow up with vendors to ensure timelines are met.
• Arrange product samples and support basic quality checks with the quality team.
• Maintain records of production issues or quality concerns and escalate them when needed.
• Maintain organized records of product specifications, purchase orders, shipment details, and vendor communications.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly updates on product development progress and shipment tracking.
• Ensure all documents are properly stored and updated according to company guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or product development.
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle processes and purchasing procedures.
• Strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
