Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Director to oversee our IT operations, ensure system reliability, and drive efficiency across all technology platforms. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, operational management skills, and the ability to align IT operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across all platforms.
• Oversee IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT operations with strategic goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop IT teams to foster innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise.

Pay: Up to KD3,200.000 per month
