Energy Projects Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Energy Projects Director to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of energy-related projects. This role is responsible for managing large-scale projects, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of energy projects, including planning, execution, and completion
• Develop project strategies, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Manage project risks, resources, and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and financial metrics
• Drive innovation in renewable energy, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership experience managing complex projects and teams
• Strong knowledge of EPC processes and project lifecycle management
• Experience in renewable energy, power generation, or oil & gas projects
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD4,800.000 per month
