Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Energy Projects Director to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of energy-related projects. This role is responsible for managing large-scale projects, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of energy projects, including planning, execution, and completion</li><li>Develop project strategies, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes</li><li>Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards</li><li>Manage project risks, resources, and stakeholder communications</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners</li><li>Monitor project performance, KPIs, and financial metrics</li><li>Drive innovation in renewable energy, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field</li><li>10+ years of experience in energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing complex projects and teams</li><li>Strong knowledge of EPC processes and project lifecycle management</li><li>Experience in renewable energy, power generation, or oil &amp; gas projects</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD4,800.000 per monthWork Location: In person
