 Import Specialist
 
 to join our Saint-Gobain CHRYSO Construction Chemicals team!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and follow up on documentation and operational processes related to
 
 import activities
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and monitor
 
 customs procedures
 
 in collaboration with customs brokerage firms,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage shipment flows between
 
 ports, warehouses, bonded warehouses, and factories
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective import operations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct annual performance evaluations of suppliers in accordance with company procedures,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and share periodic reports with relevant departments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate of relevant university or vocational school departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 
 5 years of experience in import operation processes
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 SAP (MM, PP modules)
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 MS Office
 
 applications with strong presentation and reporting skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal English skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 customs regulations, import legislation, and international transportation processes
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to work effectively with different departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 Authorized Economic Operator (YYS)
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of
 
 L/C
 
 and
 
 Inward Processing Authorization Certificate (D&Idot;&Idot;B)
 
 ,
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing in
 
 Istanbul&rsquo;s Asian Side.
 
 </li>
