We are looking for a Import Specialist to join our Saint-Gobain CHRYSO Construction Chemicals team!

What You’ll Do

• Manage and follow up on documentation and operational processes related to import activities ,
• Coordinate and monitor customs procedures in collaboration with customs brokerage firms,
• Manage shipment flows between ports, warehouses, bonded warehouses, and factories ,
• Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective import operations,
• Conduct annual performance evaluations of suppliers in accordance with company procedures,
• Prepare and share periodic reports with relevant departments.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of relevant university or vocational school departments,
• 5 years of experience in import operation processes ,
• Experience with SAP (MM, PP modules) ,
• Proficient in MS Office applications with strong presentation and reporting skills,
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import legislation, and international transportation processes ,
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to work effectively with different departments,
• Experience with Authorized Economic Operator (YYS) ,
• Knowledge of L/C and Inward Processing Authorization Certificate (DİİB) ,
• Residing in Istanbul’s Asian Side.
