We are looking for a experienced maintenance technician.You must have multifamily maintenance experience.<ul><li>Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.</li><li>Troubleshoot and Repair: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime.</li><li>Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid potential breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent on tasks.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.</li></ul>Appliance repair, painting,You do not have to be certified.This job requires to be on call 4 days out of the week.Weekends required (at least one weekend day)CPO certification is a plus (dollar more)EPA certification is a plus(dollar more)This job requires working overtimeSome multifamily experience is $20One certification is $21(CPO or EPA)Two certifications starting pay is $22(both CPO and EPA)Pay depends on experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
