Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a experienced maintenance technician.

You must have multifamily maintenance experience.

• Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and Repair: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid potential breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent on tasks.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

You do not have to be certified.

This job requires to be on call 4 days out of the week.

Weekends required (at least one weekend day)

CPO certification is a plus (dollar more)

EPA certification is a plus(dollar more)

This job requires working overtime

Some multifamily experience is $20

One certification is $21(CPO or EPA)

Two certifications starting pay is $22

(both CPO and EPA)

Pay depends on experience.
