Facility Head is responsible for the effective and efficient management of all facility operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and high-quality environment for staff, visitors, and clients. The role oversees all facility services, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, optimizing space utilization, and delivering exceptional customer serviceKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of facility management and ensure service delivery meets high-quality standards.</li><li>Lead and supervise teams.</li><li>Ensure all facilities are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures, budgets, and service improvement plans.</li><li>Manage space allocation, office accommodation, and workplace efficiency.</li><li>Review and enhance existing programs, events, and operational systems.</li><li>Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts and vendor relationships.</li><li>Conduct market research and implement targeted facility programs.</li><li>Lead staff training, performance evaluation, and development initiatives.</li><li>Chair weekly operations meetings and coordinate with all departments for smooth service delivery.</li><li>Support business continuity planning and ensure readiness for emergencies.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience managing facilities, ideally within health, fitness, or service-based organizations.</li><li>Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of modern facility management practices, safety standards, and equipment maintenance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
