Job Title: AccountantJob Purpose: To manage the company&rsquo;s financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting of financial data. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Transactions:<ul><li>Record and monitor all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.</li><li>Maintain general ledgers and prepare journal entries.</li></ul>2. Financial Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li></ul>3. Budgeting and Forecasting:<ul><li>Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and control.</li><li>Monitor variances between actual and budgeted expenditures.</li></ul>4. Taxation and Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations.</li></ul>5. Auditing and Reconciliation:<ul><li>Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.</li></ul>6. Cash Flow Management:<ul><li>Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.</li></ul>7. Systems and Processes:<ul><li>Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.</li><li>Recommend improvements in financial systems and internal controls.</li></ul>8. Communication and Liaison:<ul><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and vendors.</li><li>Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.</li></ul>Key Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Proficiency in accounting software</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
