Manager Operations

Raiha Cinegold Plex is seeking an experienced Manager Operations to oversee daily cinema operations, lead operational teams, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management within the cinema, hospitality, or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused cinema operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate operational teams while maintaining high standards of performance and service excellence.
• Ensure the seamless execution of movie schedules, auditorium readiness, and overall facility maintenance.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Drive operational efficiency to support revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• MBA degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field.
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to work flexible shifts

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
