Operations Manager

Overview

Tandoori Restaurant is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales and profitability targets, maintaining service standards, and leading branch teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure restaurant operations are conducted in accordance with company SOPs and operational standards.

· Drive operational excellence and ensure achievement of branch performance targets.

· Monitor and achieve OPEX and profitability goals.

· Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

· Prepare and review Daily Business and Sales Target Reports.

· Manage workforce planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.

· Support employee development, training, and documentation.

· Ensure effective inventory management and stock control.

· Monitor food quality, hygiene, and HACCP compliance standards.

· Analyze operational reports and implement improvement plans.

· Control costs, minimize wastage, and maximize branch profitability.

· Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges promptly.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.

· Proven experience managing branch operations, teams, and business performance.

· Experience in multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operations will be an advantage.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.

· Relevant certifications in food safety or restaurant management will be considered an advantage.
