Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager for one of our client companies to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all business functions.

The ideal candidate will focus on process optimization, team management, and operational excellence, while delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across production, retail, and supply chain
• Develop and implement operational processes, policies, and SOPs
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics and supply chain activities
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all operational touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage budgets, control costs, and improve overall productivity
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in operations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in process optimization and team management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Data-driven decision-making approach
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
