Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Operations Manager to sit at the nerve center of HIG's operations. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to drive consistency, quality, and accountability across all active projects and products within the group. This is not a passive coordination role — you will own execution visibility, surface problems early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the CEO/senior manager to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained across all HIG entities and projects
• Oversee and coordinate with Project Managers across multiple concurrent software projects and product lines
• Partner with Quality Control to enforce delivery standards, review QA checkpoints, and flag risks before they become failures
• Collaborate with HR on hiring pipelines, onboarding, probationary reviews, and team structuring
• Maintain a live view of project health across all entities — timelines, blockers, resource gaps, and delivery status
• Drive cross-entity reporting and ensure leadership always has an accurate, current picture of operations
• Identify process gaps and implement SOPs, templates, and workflows to close them
• Hold project teams accountable to deadlines, documentation standards, and output quality
• Support product roadmap visibility — understanding what is being built, for whom, and where it stands

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of operations, project coordination, or delivery management experience
• Deep working knowledge of software projects and product development lifecycles (you must understand how software is built, not just managed)
• Demonstrated experience working with Project Managers, QA/QC teams, and HR simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication in English — you will be drafting updates, SOPs, and reports regularly
• Ability to work across multiple companies and verticals without losing track of priorities
• High accountability mindset — you follow up, you close loops, you escalate when needed
• Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or healthcare technology environments is a strong plus
