Operations Manager – BPO Operations

Location: Onsite – Rawalpindi | Job Type: Full-Time | Regular Employment Reports Directly to CEO

Raast Solutions is looking for a strong, experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day BPO operations and report directly to the CEO. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has already run operations at scale — someone decisive, hands-on, and capable of driving performance across teams under pressure.

If you have the experience, the authority, and the discipline to lead a demanding BPO floor and deliver consistent results, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end operational performance across sales, lead generation, and customer service teams
• Report directly to the CEO with regular performance updates, strategy input, and operational decisions
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and hold Floor Managers and Team Leads accountable for results
• Design and enforce SOPs, floor discipline, and performance management processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them quickly and decisively
• Drive a high-performance culture across all shifts and departments
• Support hiring, training, and structuring of teams as the company scales

What We're Looking For

• Strong, proven leadership experience managing BPO/call center operations at scale
• 5+ years of overall management experience, including 3+ years specifically in an Operations/Sales Management capacity within a BPO environment
• A track record of driving results under pressure and holding teams accountable
• Excellent decision-making, discipline, and ability to operate independently
• Professional English communication (spoken and written) — Required
• Strong understanding of sales/lead generation operations, targets, and performance metrics
• Educated, articulate, and confident in representing operations directly to the CEO and leadership

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 300,000 – 500,000/month (inclusive of all benefits)
• Saturday & Sunday OFF
• Onsite | Full-Time | Regular Employment
• Direct reporting line to CEO — high-visibility, high-impact role
