Operations Manager – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, improve team performance, monitor sales processes, coordinate between departments, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily business operations.
• Supervise and support Sales, Front Desk, and Administrative teams.
• Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs.
• Monitor employee performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and prepare operational reports.
• Manage office resources, schedules, and workflow.
• Resolve operational issues and improve business efficiency.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and staff management.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and office compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management.
• Work closely with senior management on strategic planning and business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Islamabad and Rawalpindi real estate market is preferred.
