We are looking for a confident, well-presented and motivated female Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and develop potential client relationships
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients
• Conduct professional client communication
• Arrange and coordinate meetings & site visits
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Sales / Real Estate experience will be preferred
