Location: Islamabad, Pakistan Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, a high-growth Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management company serving US healthcare providers. This is a results-driven sales role focused on acquiring new clients and scaling revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target US-based healthcare clients including clinics, hospitals, and physician groups
• Generate leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Deliver proposals, pricing agreements, and service presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients to the operations team
• Lead, mentor, and manage a business development team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly and monthly sales reports
• Track KPIs including leads generated, meetings conducted, and revenue closed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Development within Medical Billing, RCM, or Healthcare BPO
• Strong knowledge of RCM, ICD-10, CPT coding, and US healthcare operations
• Proven track record of closing B2B deals with US-based clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
