Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, expand market presence, and contribute directly to business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through freelance marketplaces, LinkedIn outreach, and direct B2B sales efforts. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal writing to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Freelance Platforms & Proposal Management

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Toptal, and other freelance platforms.
  • Create customized, high-converting proposals and presentations.
  • Track opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional presence online.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.

B2B Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue startup and enterprise clients globally.
  • Conduct outbound sales through cold emails, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead qualification to contract closure.

Account Management

  • Onboard new clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with delivery capabilities.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies and revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities within blockchain, fintech, and Web3 sectors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
  • Demonstrated success in winning projects through Upwork or other freelance marketplaces.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent proposal writing and client engagement abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in software development, technology services, SaaS, blockchain, fintech, or Web3 industries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.

Experience Level

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition preferred.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
