Business Development Representative (Software Export)

Alachisoft currently has an opening for a Business Development Representative in its highly talented sales team for the US, Canada, the UK, Western Europe, and Australia/New Zealand markets to grow business. We're looking for a self-motivated, passionate, execution-oriented sales executive.

Our software product NCache is being used by a large variety of mid-size to large organizations in the US/Canada, UK, Western Europe, and Australia / New Zealand markets, including Fortune 500 companies across many industries, regions, and countries.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on existing customers to deepen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work on the new accounts pipeline to convert them into customers
• Follow up on all revenue opportunities until they are finalized
• Contact B2B inbound leads, qualifying and converting leads into opportunities
• Prepare targeted emails and promotional materials for prospects & customers
• Articulate company value proposition to prospects & customers
• Execute using the company sales methodology, & recommend improvements to processes
• Achieve Monthly KPIs based on:
• - Touch-points (prospects & customers)
• - Quality conversations
• - Opportunities (quantity and size)
• - Deals won
• - Relationship deepening
• Recording all activities in the company CRM 
• Working as a self-directed team member

Desired Skills & Experience

• 0-3 years of overall B2B sales / account management experience
• Must have a BA/BS degree in Technology, Business, or equivalent
• Ideally proven track record with impressive results
• Excellent telephone sales skills
• Proficient in speaking to software DEV & IT engineers
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in American English
• Creative thinking, detail-oriented, & excellent time management
• Overwhelming desire to win
