Job Summary

AenZay Interiors & Architects is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Islamabad workspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
• Present the company's interior design and architectural services professionally.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
