Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and verify BOQs, measurements, and cost estimates for interior finishes</li><li>Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations during execution</li><li>Take accurate site measurements for interior/execution works</li><li>Evaluate contractor, subcontractor, and supplier quotations</li><li>Coordinate closely with site teams, designers, and procurement</li><li>Prepare interim payment certifications and client billing</li><li>Ensure cost control, accuracy, and timely financial reporting</li><li>Assist in final accounts and project close-out documentation</li><li>Support value engineering and cost optimization for interior finishes</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution practices</li><li>Experience with site measurements, billing, and variations</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in execution/interior fit-out projects</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/ Diploma in relevant field</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary: 60K - 65K</li><li>Location : AenZay Head Office Garden Town Lahore</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Site Supervisor:Job Description:<ul><li>Supervise and manage all finishing activities on site, ensuring quality execution and compliance with project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and provide regular updates on site progress, challenges, and resource requirements.</li><li>Interpret and execute work as per approved drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Monitor, control, and inspect all finishing works to maintain high standards of workmanship and timely completion.</li><li>Ensure timely availability and efficient utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.</li><li>Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring their work meets project quality, safety, and timeline requirements.</li><li>Enforce basic Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) practices to maintain a safe working environment on site.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements, delays, and action plans.</li></ul>Qualification: DAE (Civil).Experience: 1-2yearsLocation: AenZay Head Office Garden Town LahoreJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 50k-60kJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
