Job Description:

• Supervise and manage all finishing activities on site, ensuring quality execution and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and provide regular updates on site progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
• Interpret and execute work as per approved drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor, control, and inspect all finishing works to maintain high standards of workmanship and timely completion.
• Ensure timely availability and efficient utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring their work meets project quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
• Enforce basic Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices to maintain a safe working environment on site.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements, delays, and action plans.

Qualification: DAE (Civil).

Experience: 1-2years
