Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced "Site Supervisor" with hands-on exposure in Design & Build Interior Projects to oversee site activities and ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Location: Multan

Qualification:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or relevant field.

Experience:
8–10 years of relevant experience in architecture & interior works.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and construction projects.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
* Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
* Manage site manpower, material utilization, and reporting.
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and operational standards.
* Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions during project execution.
* Coordinate with design and project teams regarding site requirements and updates.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
